About Me

I am Jamie.  I'm a 4'-10" petite woman, who found a love for fitness all over again.  I am a wife to a wonderful husband who is a health/phys ed teacher, and was a college athlete, so it is wonderful having a partner who has the same love for fitness and supports you on your journey.
I grew up in south central Pennsylvania. And I went to school for architecture at Virginia Tech (gooo hokies!!!) I love wine and it works out in my favor that my Dad is a winemaker for a local winery. I love photography, being crafty, a good DIY project, and my new self taught skill of crochet. I'm obsessed with shoes, and when I find my size (5) which is rare, I have to buy them of course!

We recently found out we are expecting in March 2016! But it wasn't easy and I hope to shine light and awareness on miscarriages. Here's Our Story.
